A variety of elevator options would be nice.

The breakfast spread was pure delight, overflowing with fresh pastries and cheeses – a true alpine treat! Plus, that spa pool was a lovely escape after a day of wandering Grindelwald. Can't forget those friendly baristas whipping up stellar coffee, perfect for kick-starting our adventures!
The restaurant staff were quite unpleasant and unprofessional, making our dining experience feel a bit dim. Plus, nearby eateries closed up way too early, leaving us stuck with the average menu at the hotel most nights.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We enjoyed the comfortable lounging areas and the spa was super relaxing. The mountain views from our room were to die for! The breakfast buffet had so many tasty options and the restaurant food was top-notch. Just a heads up, it’s a bit of a trek to town without a taxi.
The lack of elevators was a bit of a hassle, especially with all the stairs in the hotel.

Without air conditioning, the room got a bit toasty during the afternoon sun, which some may find uncomfortable. The shower stall’s height posed a challenge for taller guests. at 6'4", my partner had to crouch to avoid hitting his head. The hotel’s remote location required us to plan transport carefully—the shuttle operated only once an hour and stopped early in the evening, while a walk to town felt unsafe due to narrow, windy roads with no sidewalks. Additionally, there were a lot of flies in the dining area during breakfast, which could be bothersome if you're trying to enjoy a meal.

I stayed in the Double Room Alpin-Chic and it was super comfy. The decor was really beautiful and welcoming. The view of the mountains from the room was breathtaking. I loved the little coffee machine in the room. that was a nice touch! The only downside was that there were a few stairs to navigate, which could be a hassle sometimes.

We had such a lovely time at this hotel! The outdoor whirlpool was amazing after a long day, and the spa treatments really helped us unwind. The only downside was that it felt a bit warm in our room without AC, but it didn't ruin our stay at all! 😊
